Description A parade for International Days, 1939, theme for second Frontier Days celebration. Taken on Railway Street. The "Good Neighbours" float in this picture celebrates relationships with Great Britain and the United States. Men dressed as Uncle Sam and John Bull (or perhaps Churchill).
