Description A photo of a victory bonds sales chart sign for Victory Loans. A dial measures how much Swift Current has raised selling Victory Bonds, as well as a chart with the amount sold in neighboring towns, including Vanguard, Hodgeville, Webb, Gull Lake, Herbert, Cabri, Abbey, Sceptre, and Leader. The text on the sign reads "Don't Put The Cart Before the Horse // Put Victory First // Buy More Victory Bonds" and "6th Victory Loan 1944."
