A unique circular stamp of the USS sea dragon in the middle. Surrounded by capital block-letter text. Sea dragon is breathing fire with fingers wrapped around a block and broken pieces beneath it. Circular stamp with date in center to its right. Overlaps 4 cent blue Arctic Explorations 1909 stamp featuring white globe, man dogledding, and 571 submarine. 4 cent U.S. Postage July 4, 1960 stamp on top right corner featuring American Flag. 7 squiggly lines overlapping stamps on top right corner. Text on bottom right.
