A photo of two women, W.J. Puckett (nee Flora Law), from Vangaurd, and Mrs. McKay of Cooper's store, in period costumes standing in the window of a store front decorated for 1938 Frontier Days. The theme of that years Frontier Days was "the good ole days". Bowman Brothers is the storefront in the photo, with windows decorated to read "Covered Wagon Supplies" and "1904 - 1938". The building was the Health Region Centre in 1981.
