Description A black three part box with a slight forward tilting slant to the box on the inside. Inside the box is a medallion that is mostly silver with some green accents on a chain. There is a hockey stick and puck design in the centre of the medallion. Written around the medallion is: "Veterans Canada - Oldtimers - Hockey -"
