Blue vinyl tri-fold folder with gold coloured trim around outside folding panels. Inside folder has two photographs of the Ottawa Parliament building one from the time John A. MacDonald was Prime Minister and one from Diefenbaker's time. And two letters; one addressed to John A. MacDonald, and one addressed to Diefenbaker for their 75th birthdays. Letters and photographs are glued into the tri-fold folder. Letters are either copies or are laminated.
