Description A composite of town council members, 1914, Swift Current's last Town Council before it became a City. The individuals, left to right, top to bottom, are J.H. Forsey (town hall & reception), Dr. Cameron (fire & light), W. Brown (works), F.E. West (mayor), J.O. Grinder (health & relief), J.A. Yager (water & parks), H.C. Powley (finance). H.C. Powley, the father of Hoffman Powley, built the Powley house. The image is mounted on cardboard.
