Army greatcoat, full length, double breasted, each shoulder bears a "Canada" shoulder flash, a square blue patch, and a triple good conduct chevron. General service brass buttons contain the text "Canada" as well as the phrase "Honi soit qui mal y pense" (shame upon him who thinks evil of it), worn by Len Beck, who served in the 8th Reconnaissance Regiment during WWII.
