Uniform jacket for Saint John Ambulance, a silver Saint John Ambulance Brigade and maple leaf pin on either side of the collar, three flashes on each shoulder read "St. John Ambulance" "Swift Current" and "611", plastic silver buttons with Saint John insignia. Accompanying belt and trousers are 2000.52.48b-c.

Tag sewn on pocket reads "Uniforms by Sainthill Levine Division of Sainlee Industries Limited" and tag inside pocket reads "Canada Fabrication Syndicate Garment Makers of America", a third tag contains the date "Apr 13 78" the name "J. Sloman" as well as several measurements for the garment.
