Description White dress shirt worn as a Saint John Ambulance uniform, three flashes on each shoulder read "St. John Ambulance" "Swift Current" and "611", patch on left arm has a Maltese cross with laurels and the letter "I", patch over left breast shows the Saint John logo of a Maltese Cross with two lions and two unicorns.

Materials Polyester; Cotton

Marks/Labels One tag is missing, though dried glue shows where tag once was; another tag reads "14 1/2 37 cm"
