Navy militia jacket, hip-length, 14th Canadian Light Horse, brass buttons bear an image of a beaver and read "Canada Militia", there is a chain mail patch and a crown pin on both shoulders, two bucking horse "Free & Fearless" 14th Canadian Light Horse collar badges, this is a dress uniform, worn by Dr J P Whyte, who was a dentist during WWII and a member of the 14th Canadian Light Horse militia before WWII. Dr. J.P. Whyte was a dentist in Swift Current, at least from 1923 to c.1939.
