Police uniform jacket, hip-length, both shoulders bear an "S.C.C.P." metal pin and "Swift Current City Police" shoulder flash, left arm bears a small yellow triple chevron, left shoulder bears a red cord attached to a whistle (1982.6.2j), right arm bears a large yellow triple chevron, buttons bear a "P" surrounded by crocus-like flowers and were made in England by J R Gaunt and Son. It appears that pips have been removed from the shoulders. Other uniform pieces, Boots, Gloves, Hat, Shirt, Tie, Sam Brown Belt, and Lanyard, are 1982.6.2b-i.
Wool Serge; Synthetic Lining
Two tags inside pocket read "Union Made by The A.E.S. Co." and "Tailored Especially For // Mr. Gheir (sp?) K. Hart // June/59 Order No. 72336 // Police Dept. City of Swift Current".
