Hat to accompany trainman uniform, cap-like style, flat top and straight sides, plastic brim on front, two lines of white piping around the circumference, leather lining. Box 37.

According to donor form: "Used by donor while employed by the CPR William N. Barr grew up in Lemsford. Trainman CPR 1964-1971, Conductor CPR 1971-1990, worked out of SC 1967-1968, retired 1990. Trainman's winter uniform purchased in 1969 (pants are CN uniform)"~root~>

Two tags inside, one states that the piece was union made, the other is for "One Hour Martinizing" (dry cleaning). "C.P.R. Trainman" lettered on the front from cord.~root~>
