Photograph of Shaunavon Union Hospital. Someone has written in blue pen "A" above the north side and "B" above the south.
On back of photo is written "Shaunavon Union Hospital (original hospital 1917) “B” Converted to Southwest Nursing Home (1967) and “A” Razed and replaced with new additional beds for nursing home".
This information is not totally correct but should read “B” was built in Oct 1923, and picture appears to be after 1950 when the front middle section of “A” was expanded on the west with the additions of office space, waiting room and lab and x-ray.
