Rectangular wood block with a carved relief of a "D". The wood is stained with redish-brown ink. The edges of the "D" paint is caked and chipped. There are drops of green ink on the bottle left section. On the bottom edge the old accession number is written in sharpie. Back: There is a sketch in red pencil of a block with a "2" on it. There are also numbers written in red pencil as if the  back was used to write out simple math problems.
