Moveable Typeface Rectangular wood block with tongue and groove joints. Block 3 in a 6 part 11.5-inch moveable typeface number series. Front: The number on the front is "1" (backwards) done in relief wood. The recessed wood surrounding it helps define the relief number. The front is stained red, with the colour fading in the recessed sections, especially the left half. The "1" is very squished vertically. Sides: There is a label on the left side with the previous temporary number written on it. There are black ink marks in the wood grain. There are also 2 horizontal parallel grooves along the topside. Back: There is a 5.1cm wide strip of paper along the bottom side. There are lots of smudges of different colours all over such as red, blue, yellow, and black. There are black ink marks in the wood grain.~root~>
