Description Navy blue vest with embroidered flowers on the front as well as blue and green trim. The vest fastens with yarn loops, yet there are no hooks for them. Donor card reads "Artifacts from the Tribes of Canada’s Arctic" and "They spent 1968-1974 in NWT."
