Rectangular wood block with a zinc plate attached to front. Front: zinc plate with an etching of a picture featuring a man juggling 4 balls. The man has a moustache and is looking up at the balls in the air. Back: strip of paper has been glued to the left side. The bottom right corner has "EAGM" written directly onto the wood in black ink above a strip of whiteout which has the previous temporary number and "EAGM" written on it. The picture has a blue tinge.
