Front: wood block with a zinc plate on the front with a design etched into it. There is a man in the middle dressed as a cowboy juggling. The 3 balls are in a downward diagonal line starting at his right hand. There are 4 instruments against a wall behind him. To his right is a saxophone and an acoustic guitar. To his left is a mandalin and an accordion. The zinc plate has a blue tinge to it. Back: there is a strip of whiteout in the bottom right corner with the previous temporary number written on it.
