Description Photograph, glued onto a page in volume 10 of the Kiwanis Club fonds - November 9, 2010 accrual, in the report entitled " Swift Current Kiwanis Club Park Committee Annual Report 1945", image of the original Kiwanis Park, located south of the hospital between 4th and 6th Avenue Northeast, taken in the summer of 1945 as documentation for the annual report, caption under photo reads "Kiwanis Corner - At northwest corner of park - looking south. This corner to be permanently designated for Swift Current Kiwanis Club purposes. Suitable perennial flowers to be planted around its borders and lawn grass to replace present grass mixture. This small area can easily be maintained permanently at little cost and could provide for one garden party and one "corn roast" or similar party each year."
