Description A photo of workers in a horse meat processing plant, both men and women are standing at canning equipment. The image comes from a scrapbook filled with images of the Swift Current Co-operative Horse Packing Plant, a meat processing plant. An Open House was held on July 4, 1946, one year after the plant's opening, and may be when this photo was taken.
