It features articles concerning changes to provincial school laws, conventions and meetings, the provincial high school drama finals, elections of unit boards, the explosion of a school snowmobile and the bus driver's life-saving reaction before said explosion, and agricultural revenue statistics. The cover bears a photo of two men at a dock with a row of small boats.
