Description Program for the "Seed Grain Elevator Relocation Celebration". The program is for celebration of the relocation of the Semi-Arid Prairie Agricultural Research Centre's (SPARC) seed grain elevator. The event took place on 17 November 2002. The elevator was relocated to Kinetic Park or Docs Town where it still remains (as of 2023).
