Description A photo of Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Fedoruk and Mayor Len Stein giving a certificate to an elderly man who is an honour citizen. They are in the Swift Current Comprehensive High School (S.C.C.H.S.) auditorium during a luncheon commemorating Swift Current's 75 Year Anniversary and Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Fedoruk's visit. Fedoruk was Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan from 1988 to 1994. She was also a physicist and a curler.
