Description A photo of Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Fedoruk shaking hands with honour citizens. The citizens, left to right, are Florence Westrom, Jim Parsons, Ed and Pat Smith. They are in the Swift Current Comprehensive High School (S.C.C.H.S.) auditorium during a luncheon commemorating Swift Current's 75 Year Anniversary. Fedoruk was Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan from 1988 to 1994. She was also a physicist and a curler.
