Description Police uniform jacket, hip-length, both shoulders bear an "S.C.C.P." metal pin and a crown pin, brass buttons bear a calligraphic "P" surrounded by laurel leaves, red cord around the left shoulder, a single yellow and blue pin on the ribbon bar Worn by police chief Roy Hart, beginning in 1969.
