Description Beard Growing Permit, novelty permit issued to promote Frontier Days in Swift Current, text on the front of the permit reads "Issued for the growing season February 1 to July 8, 1967, and entitles the holder to all benefits derived from Beard Campaign as outlined in Sec. 42, Sec-Sec. 48 of the Beard Growing Act of The City Of Swift Current.", this permit was issued to Robert 'Bob' Clarence Dahl, and is stamped as "Beard No. 1", the permit contains an "Oath Of Growth", a "Classification of Beard" and a "Record of Growth".
